Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please provide 48 hour notice. If less than 48 hour notice is provided, your non-refundable retainer will be used as a cancellation fee. If 48 hour notice is provided, your non-refundable retainer may be applied to a future session date withing one year of your original session date. In the rare event that Merissa Humes Photo, LLC. has to reschedule your secured appointment and a future date / time is not acceptable to you, your retainer will be refunded. In the rare event that Merissa Humes Photo, LLC. has to cancel your appointment, your retainer will be refunded.
