Cancellation Policy

* Please note: If it happens to be raining on the day you booked, your appointment time will stay the same, however, the location will change to The Collective | 445 Tacoma Avenue S. Tacoma, WA 98402. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please provide 48 hour notice. If less than 48 hour notice is provided, your non-refundable retainer will be used as a cancellation fee. If 48 hour notice is provided, your non-refundable retainer may be applied to a future session date within one year of your original session date. In the rare event that Merissa Humes Photo, LLC. has to reschedule your secured appointment and a future date / time is not acceptable to you, your retainer will be refunded. In the rare event that Merissa Humes Photo, LLC. has to cancel your appointment, your retainer will be refunded.
